You will be involved in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, in advising company managers and in corporate law.
In this context, you will carry out the following missions:
- legal research,
- drafting of notes and consultations,
- participation in the drafting of acts,
- legal audits.
We are looking for a candidate :
- a Master's degree in business law, or a dual degree from a business school or an LLM
- autonomous and rigorous, with good interpersonal skills as well as analytical and synthesis qualities
- with a good command of English as a working language.
