Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997, Patricia EMERIAU specializes in business law, particularly corporate law, and frequently advises on corporate governance issues.
Patricia EMERIAU supports her French and foreign customers, international groups, SMEs, financial and legal departments as well as family groups, as an advisor in business life with the aim of accompanying, anticipating, securing and optimizing their interests in a way adapted to their needs.
Patricia EMERIAU holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in business law and taxation from the University of Bordeaux I, a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in European law from the University of Bordeaux I and completed a one-year Erasmus program at the University of Warwick (UK).

With over thirty years' experience in international law firms, Bruno THOMAS has developed solid expertise and a network of close partners in complementary fields (tax, labor law, litigation support, finance and accounting) to offer his customers a comprehensive view of complex projects.
Bruno THOMAS holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in management from IAE Paris I Sorbonne Business School and a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in applied taxation from René Descartes University.
